CarrieJo H. has worked in a variety of roles since 1992. CarrieJo began their career as an Administrative Assistant at Deluxe Corporation and then moved to GE Capital in 1995 as a Technical Project Coordinator. In 1999, they became a Customer Service Representative at GCI Systems, followed by a role as a Mortgage Loan Officer at Sound Mortgage Decisions in 2003. From 2008 to 2020, they held various roles at Elite Hearing Network, including Director of Business Development, Strategic Business Advisor, Sr. Strategic Account Manager, and Inside Sales Coordinator. CarrieJo currently serves as the Sr. Director of Customer Experience at Lantos Technologies.

CarrieJo H. attended Anoka Technical College from 1990 to 1992. CarrieJo also obtained a certification in Balancing Multiple Roles as a Leader from LinkedIn in October 2019.
