Rachel Campbell

Rachel Campbell is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in strategic HR management and coaching. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Lantra since July 2014, Rachel focuses on aligning HR strategy with business objectives while supporting managers in people management. Previously, Rachel held roles including Head of Human Resources at the British Safety Council, where strategic implementation of HR initiatives was a key responsibility, and UK Human Resources Manager at Barry Callebaut, contributing to international HR projects. Since April 2004, Rachel has provided coaching and mental health training through People Mechanics and is an approved MHFA England Instructor. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from Oxford Brookes University and a BA (Hons) in Applied Social Science from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
