Kavi Nithyanandam

Kavi Nithyanandam has a long and varied work experience in the technology industry. Kavi began their career in 1995 as a Software Engineer at LEC (India) Software Center Pvt Ltd / LEC A/S Denmark. In 1998, they became a Consultant at Rapidigm Consulting Services, providing consulting services to Anthem BC/BS and FiServ (CheckFree Corporation). Kavi then moved to CheckFree Corporation in 2002 as a Strategic Technology Consultant, providing thought leadership and technology trends to the company. In 2004, they began working as an Architect for IBM, providing consulting services to various retail clients. Kavi then returned to Lantrasoft in 1998 as Vice President, providing staff augmentation, consulting and on-site and off-shore project development. In 2012, they joined MedidaMetrics as a Development Executive (Consulting), managing a globally distributed team for design, development, and delivery of a healthcare costing solution. Kavi is currently President and CEO of Lantrasoft, where they are responsible for setting the vision and strategy for the success and growth of the company.

Kavi Nithyanandam received their high school diploma from The Lawrence School, Lovedale, India in 1989, where they studied Mathematics and Computer Science. Kavi then pursued a BS degree in Computer Science from Bharathiar University, which they completed in 1992. Kavi continued their studies at Bharathiar University and obtained a MS degree in Computer Science in 1995.
