Jeremy Whitaker

Jeremy Whitaker is the current CFO at Lantronix. Jeremy has held this position since January 2011. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Finance and Accounting at Lantronix from August 2005 to January 2011. In this role, they were responsible for managing all finance and accounting functions, including cash management and treasury, budgeting and forecasting, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance and monitoring, external and internal financial reporting, international subsidiaries, accounting and tax compliance. Jeremy also interfaced with external audiences such as banks, legal professionals, and auditors.

From April 2005 to August 2005, Jeremy Whitaker was the Director of Accounting and SEC Reporting at Remedy Intelligent Staffing. Prior to that, they were the VP Finance and Accounting at IMPAC Mortgage Holdings from December 2004 to April 2005.

Before all of these positions, Jeremy Whitaker was an Audit Manager at Ernst & Young from October 1998 to December 2004.

Jeremy Whitaker's educational career includes a Master's degree in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business and a BA in Accountancy from Cal State Fullerton, College of Business and Economics. Jeremy is also certified by the California Board of Accountancy as a CPA.

They are on a team with Jacques Issa - VP, Marketing, Jonathan Shipman - VP, Strategy, and Roger Holliday - VP, Worldwide Sales. Jeremy Whitaker reports to Paul Pickle, President & CEO.
