Senior Director, Engineering - Saas Platforms And OOB Products at Lantronix

Ohannes Kuftedjian has had a long and successful career in software engineering and management. Ohannes started in 1989 at Toshiba as a Senior Software Engineer, where they designed and implemented software for PBX systems. Ohannes then moved to Ericsson as a Software Team Leader, where they provided technical leadership and managed a team of software engineers for the development of Ericsson's Dynamic Network Administration (DNA) system. From there, they joined Valence Semiconductor as a Team Leader and Senior Principal Engineer, leading a team in implementing embedded RTOS and device drivers for various systems. At Mindspeed Technologies, they managed the development of embedded real-time device driver software and Windows-based software. Ohannes then joined Broadcom as a Senior Software Manager, where they built and led teams in ASIC Validation and wireless baseband software development. At Amazon, they served as a Software Development Manager, overseeing the agile/scrum development of workflow services for the e-Commerce Platform. Ohannes continued their career at OpenX as a Senior Software Engineering Manager, building a high-performance team for OpenX's Ad Tech Monetization Platforms. Most recently, they joined Lantronix as a Senior Director of Engineering, where they recruited and developed a multi-location team delivering SaaS and Out-of-Band solutions. Throughout their career, Ohannes has consistently shown leadership and a strong track record in building and managing highly successful engineering teams.

Ohannes Kuftedjian completed their Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering and Computer Science as a double major at the University of La Verne from 1987 to 1990. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Nuclear and Particle Physics at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona from 1991 to 1993. In 2004 to 2005, Ohannes attended UCLA, where they enrolled in the Technical Management Program through the Extension program.
