Melissa Morris

Melissa Morris is the current CEO at Lantum. Prior to their current position, Morris was Strategy Analyst at NHS London SHA from September 2010 to August 2012. In this role, Morris was responsible for formulating London's Primary Care strategy post the 2010 Heath Bill. Additionally, Morris worked to create a Commissioning Support Market in London that GPs could draw upon to support their new Commissioning responsibilities.

From September 2008 to August 2010, Morris worked as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company. During their time there, Morris was assigned to a number of different projects, including: Primary Care Trust - Improving patients access to GPs, Hospital Network - Operating theatre transformation, Nigerian banking client - Performance transformation, FTSE 250 transportation client - Private equity style turnaround, Top UK insurance player - Supporting CEO on IPO strategy, Major European investment bank - Corporate strategy, and Global integrated aluminium player - Deal evaluation.

Before their work at McKinsey & Company, Morris was an Analyst in the Investment Banking Division at Citi from January 2007 to August 2007. Additionally, Morris was a Capital Markets Reporter at Lehman Brothers from July 2005 to January 2006.

Melissa Morris has a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Bath and Shrewsbury High School.
