Rob Hough

Rob Hough has a diverse work experience in the field of design. Rob is currently the Head of Design at Lantum, where they lead the design team and maximizes the impact of design and research across the company. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Design at nuom, a product design studio specializing in healthcare and pharmaceutical companies. Rob managed a small team of designers and worked with notable clients such as the NHS.

Before joining nuom, Rob Hough worked at Mindera UK, where they held the positions of Senior UX Designer (Waitrose) and Senior UI/UX Designer. Rob helped build and manage a cross-platform design system and shipped multiple products for iOS and Android apps. Rob also worked on improving the slot booking and product customization flows, based on user studies and support.

Additionally, Rob Hough worked as the Lead UI/UX Designer at HOLD Platform Limited, where they co-led the discovery and production of the MVP for a crypto exchange platform. Rob has also gained experience in digital product design at Hillarys, a retail brand specializing in home furnishings, and at We Launch, an independent branding and digital creative agency.

Rob Hough began their career as a Junior Web Designer at FDC Studio, and before and during university, they worked as a Freelance Designer & Developer under their own brand, Rob Hough Design. During this time, they gained valuable experience in designing and building eCommerce websites, marketing landing pages, and company webpages.

Rob Hough attended London Metropolitan University from 2013 to 2015, where they pursued a degree in FdA Digital Media Design. During their time at the university, Rob specialized in the field of Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia.
