Courtney Jarmon

Courtney Jarmon has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Courtney began their career as an Account Executive at IKON Office Solutions in 2008. From there, they transitioned into the mortgage industry, working as a Loan Resolution Specialist at GMAC Mortgage and a Sr. Mortgage Specialist at Litton Loan Servicing in 2009 and 2010, respectively.

In 2011, Courtney joined Homeward Residential, Inc. as an Operations Analyst and later transitioned to become an REO Portfolio Specialist. Courtney then moved on to Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC in 2013, where they served as an Associate Portfolio Manager, handling delinquent files.

Courtney's career continued to progress, as they joined Ocwen Financial Corporation - US in 2014 as a Consultant for Collateral Based Solutions. Later, they became a Mortgage Loan Officer and spearheaded the "second chance loans" review project, increasing loan production by 10%.

In 2016, Courtney joined Gateway Mortgage Group, LLC as a Senior Loan Officer before making a significant career move to Morgan Stanley in 2017. At Morgan Stanley, Courtney held several positions, including Relationship Manager AVP, where they led a region for closed units and managed production improvement across teams. Courtney also served as a Mortgage Consultant AVP, originating mortgage loans for high net worth clients and overseeing training for new hires, consistently ranking amongst the top 5 producers.

Most recently, Courtney has taken on the role of a Customer Success Consultant in 2023 and is currently employed at Lanvera as a Client Manager.

Throughout their career, Courtney has demonstrated strong expertise in mortgage lending, client management, and team leadership. Courtney'sability to generate revenue, manage high-profile clients, and implement best practices has consistently contributed to their success in the industry.

Courtney Jarmon completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Texas Christian University in the period of 2001 to 2005. Courtney then pursued a Master's Degree in Political Studies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2005. Additionally, they obtained several certifications in various fields from LinkedIn, including programming foundations, project management, web development, agile methodology, Jira management, and product management. The certifications were obtained between January and May of 2023.
