Dr. Uğur Kaya

Dr. Uğur Kaya is currently working as a Plant Manager in the Advanced Industrial Intermediates / Aromatic Network division at LANXESS. Prior to this role, Dr. Kaya held positions at companies such as Evonik and CAT Catalytic Center, gaining experience in areas such as Smart Materials and homogeneous catalysis. With a strong educational background in Organic Chemistry, including a Doctorate degree from RWTH Aachen University, Dr. Kaya continues to excel in the field of industrial chemistry and research.
