Ifra Sall

Ifra Sall has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ifra started their career at Bayer, where they worked as an Apprentice from September 2007 to January 2010 before transitioning to the role of HR Generalist from January 2010 to May 2011.

After their time at Bayer, Ifra joined LANXESS, where they held several positions. Ifra first worked as a Market Analyst from May 2011 to January 2015, where they were responsible for customer relationship management, business reporting, market analysis, and global sales forecasting.

Ifra then moved into the role of Manager Business Strategy from January 2015 to September 2017, followed by Manager Digital Technology Solutions from September 2017 to January 2021. In these roles, they contributed to strategic planning, business process implementations, and digital technology solutions.

From January 2021 to October 2022, Ifra served as the Strategy Lead for Pricing Procurement & Supply Chain at LANXESS before being promoted to Vice President - Strategy & Integration at LANXESS Material Protection Products in October 2022.

In addition to their roles at LANXESS, Ifra also pursued entrepreneurial ventures. Ifra became a Partner and Chief Technology Officer at BenFit-Nutrition GmbH in March 2019 and co-founded WIMB Logistics in May 2021.
