Joerg Fricke is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in digital workplace strategies, cloud transformation, and IT service management. Currently serving as the Head of IT Platform Operations at LANXESS since February 2022, Fricke has previously held significant leadership roles at BRUNATA-METRONA GmbH & Co. KG and Bayer Business Services, where responsibilities encompassed IT strategy, project portfolio management, and global SAP operations. Educated at TU Dortmund University, Fricke holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering and has also pursued studies at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
