Kristina Fischer

Kristina Fischer is an expert in HR social reporting and diversity management at LANXESS since February 2021. Prior to this role, Kristina was the Agricultural Education Program Manager at Bayer from September 2011 to November 2018, where notable achievements included the strategic development of the Youth AgVocate Summit and establishment of an alumni community of over 300 participants. Additional responsibilities at Bayer encompassed project and communication plan design, media activity support, and PR agency management. Kristina also served as the Assistant to the Head of External Communications at Bayer, organizing significant press conferences and monitoring media coverage. Early in her career, Kristina completed an apprenticeship in international office management and project management, followed by freelance training at Currenta GmbH & Co. OHG in project and event management. Kristina holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Psychology from Rheinische Fachhochschule Köln and further training in public relations from Freie Journalistenschule Berlin.
