Laura Schult

Laura Schult has extensive experience in performance and talent management, currently serving as the Head of Performance & Talent Management at LANXESS since July 2019. Prior to this role, Laura worked at hkp/// group from January 2015 to June 2019, progressing through various positions including Senior Consultant and Analyst in Performance & Talent Management. Laura's earlier experience includes a brief internship in HR Development at PUMA Group and roles in recruiting and headhunting. Laura's academic background includes a Master of Science in Personal- und Wirtschaftspsychologie and a Bachelor of Science in Psychologie, both from the University of Münster.
