Nikolas Zeppenfeld

Nikolas Zeppenfeld is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as VP and leading the Group M&A Team at LANXESS since 2019. Prior to this role, Zeppenfeld held the position of Director of Group Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions at Volkswagen AG from 2016 to 2019, and worked at Siemens as a Project Manager in Corporate Development and Mergers & Acquisitions from 2014 to 2016. Zeppenfeld began a career in investment banking as an Associate at Citi from 2008 to 2014, focusing on the London and Frankfurt markets. Zeppenfeld holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Universität zu Köln.
