Fabrice Dipama has worked in the customer relations field since 2015. Fabrice began as a tele-conseiller charger de relation clientele at Moov Africa Burkina that year, and then moved to CAPAGO International in 2018 as an Agent de traitement. In 2021, they became the TELEMARKETING- Manager chargé de rèlation client at REVIDOSES BURKINA SA, and is currently the Contact Center Operations Manager at Lapaire since 2022.
