Mark Muoki

Mark Muoki has a diverse work experience in Human Resources. In 2020, they were employed as a Human Resources Development Specialist at Lapaire Glasses, where they were responsible for posting job openings, selecting the best profiles to match the human capital needs of the organization, preparing and conducting 360 Performance Assessments, participating in growing the employer brand and driving employee engagement, managing employee disputes, and curating and distributing the monthly company newsletter. Prior to this, they were the Executive Pastry Chef and Founder at Flawa Patisserie in 2018, a Human Resources Assistant at FHI 360 in 2020, a Human Resources Intern at East African Breweries Ltd in 2019, a Human Resources Intern at Unga Group Ltd in 2018, and a Social Welfare Administrative Intern at Nairobi Baptist Church in 2016.
