Kristin Chacko

Kristin Chacko has extensive work experience in various roles within the technology and advertising industries.

From 2022 to the present, they serve as the Vice President of Operations at Lapero, a small web design and development company. Their responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of business operations, managing teams in areas such as project management, engineering, design, marketing, and customer success, and implementing strategies to improve operational performance and drive innovation.

Prior to that, from 2017 to 2022, Chacko worked at MHP/Team SI, an advertising agency. Kristin held the role of Vice President of Technology, where they provided leadership and oversight to the technology team, implemented strategies for operational improvement and innovation, and supported strategic initiatives and product innovation.
