Crha Alexandra Bourgault

Alexandra Bourgault, CRHA, has a diverse background in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as a Culture and Human Capital Strategist at Duvernois since April 2022, Alexandra is responsible for various HR functions, including conflict management and employee support. Previously, Alexandra worked as a Talent Acquisition Analyst and in human resources for Commission scolaire Marguerite-Bourgeoys from May 2019 to April 2022, and as an Administrative Coordinator at ergoCentric Seating Systems from June 2017 to May 2019. Alexandra holds a Master's degree in Organizational Development from École des sciences de la gestion (ESG UQAM) and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the same institution. Additionally, Alexandra has a DEC in Humanities from Cégep André-Laurendeau and a DES from Collège Sainte-Anne, complemented by a certification in HR Marketing and Employer Branding from Infopresse.
