Carmen Meola

Carmen Meola has over 20 years of experience in the legal field, specializing in civil, corporate, and employment law matters. Carmen started their career in Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Senior Legal Counsel and then worked as an Equal Opportunity Officer at Landratsamt Böblingen. Carmen later joined a mid-size law office as an Attorney-at-law, Labor Law Expert, and Partner, providing legal support in employment law, civil law, and corporate law. Carmen then worked at PwC Deutschland as an Attorney-at-law, Labor Law Expert, and Labor Litigation Lead, handling various labor law cases and supporting the HR department. Carmen then moved to Deloitte Legal, where they held the position of Partner, providing legal support in complex projects and negotiations. Currently, Carmen is the Head of Legal at Lapp Group.
