Freya Stonawski

Freya Stonawski is an accomplished professional in innovation management, currently serving as Head of Global Innovation Management and previously as Global Innovation Manager at Lapp Gruppe since October 2018, with a three-month tenure in Singapore. Prior to this role, Freya worked as an Innovation Manager at Daimler AG from September 2017 to September 2018, focusing on optimizing interior lighting pre-development processes with an emphasis on change management success factors. Freya's early career included experience as a Werkstudentin in R&D project management at Lapp Group and in content and campaign management at HUGO BOSS, as well as an internship in global marketing.
