Joelle Mittnacht has a wide range of work experience in various roles and industries. Joelle started their career as an intern in political communications at the Presse- und Informationsamt der Bundesregierung in 2014. Joelle later became a journalist and coordinator at Mannheimer Morgen Großdruckerei & Verlag GmbH from 2013 to 2015. In 2014, they also worked as a student assistant at Universität Mannheim. From 2015 to 2016, they served as a graduate student assistant at Stuttgart Media University. In 2017, they joined Porsche AG as an intern in employer branding and HR marketing before transitioning to become a master student in employer branding. Joelle then worked as a specialist in HR marketing at Porsche AG from 2018 to 2019. In 2019, they joined Lapp Group as a public affairs manager and later became the head of public affairs & Indian Honorary Consulate. In 2021, they took on the role of managing director at Werk Quartier Stuttgart.
Joelle Mittnacht attended the University of Mannheim from 2012 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a major in Media and Communication Studies and a minor in German Studies. Joelle then pursued their Master of Arts (MA) degree in Unternehmenskommunikation at Stuttgart Media University from 2015 to 2018. Additionally, in 2016 to 2017, they studied at Università degli Studi di Salerno and earned another Master of Arts (MA) degree in Comunicazione d'Impresa e Comunicazione Pubblica.
