Joris Ploegmakers

Joris Ploegmakers has extensive work experience, with their most recent role being as the Head Of Business Development Germany at Lapp Group since June 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Ölflex Connect Germany at Lapp Group from February 2018 to May 2019. Joris also worked as the Head Of Business Development at LAPP Benelux from September 2016 to January 2018. Before joining LAPP Benelux, they held the position of Business Development Manager at M&K Systems B.V from November 2013 to August 2016. Joris also served as the Operations Manager at Maehler & Kaege Systems s.r.o from May 2011 to January 2015. Joris began their career as a Regional Account Manager (UK & Scandinavia) at M&K Systems B.V from January 2009 to July 2011. Joris has also gained experience in finance as well as recruitment and consulting roles during their early career at Van Mossel and Page Personnel, respectively.

Joris Ploegmakers began their education journey in 1997 at Luzac Eindhoven. After completing their studies there in 1998, they went on to attend the University of Groningen from 1998 to 2003. During their time at the university, Joris did not receive a specific degree. In 2003, they enrolled at Hanzehogeschool Groningen / Hanze University of Applied Sciences Groningen, where they pursued Financial Management until 2007.
