Sebastian Buck has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Sebastian began their career with Behr Service in 2000, where they served as the Head of Product Management until 2005. Sebastian then joined Behr Hella Service as a Regional Sales Manager from 2005 to 2007. Sebastian shifted to Corteco GmbH (Freudenberg Group) in 2008, initially as the Head of Product Management and later as the Head of Product Management Europe until 2014. From 2014 to 2018, Sebastian had two roles at MAHLE Aftermarket GmbH, first as the Head of Global Data Management and Category Management Europe, and then as the Head of Digital Excellence and IT Coordination. Sebastian most recently joined Lapp Group in 2023 as the Head of Customer Experience and Strategy.

Sebastian Buck's education history begins in 1995 when they attended Hochschule Esslingen - University of Applied Sciences. Sebastian completed their studies there in 1999, earning a degree in Versorgungstechnik.

In the same year, from 1999 to 2000, they pursued European Business Administration at ESCI Fontainbleau and obtained a degree called DESUP.

During the same period, Sebastian Buck also attended Sheffield Hallam University and completed an MBA program.

In terms of additional certifications, in November 2021, they obtained a certification in Learning Cloud Computing: Core Concepts from LinkedIn. In December 2022, they achieved a certification in Building High-Performance Teams, also from LinkedIn.

Looking ahead, Sebastian Buck is set to earn a couple more certifications. In February 2023, they will obtain an A1/A3 Open Sub Category Drone Flying License from Luftfahrt-Bundesamt, and in May 2023, they will receive the SBF SEE - International Certificate for operators of pleasure craft from Deutscher Segler-Verband e. V.
