Maija Leino is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business technology and customer success. Currently serving as the Business Technology Officer at Lappset Group Oy since February 2019, Maija is responsible for managing business technology development and translating business needs into technology requirements. Previously, Maija held various roles at ZEF, including Sales & Success Director and Customer Success Manager, focusing on customer acquisition and retention. Maija's early career includes research at Tampere University of Technology and multiple roles in customer service at ABC Golf Oy.
