Eva Miller

Eva Miller, SPHR has a strong background in human resources, with a wide range of experience in various roles and industries. Eva is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at LARAMIE ENERGY LLC since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Human Resources Director at Great Western Oil and Gas Company from October 2017 to April 2021.

Before their role at Great Western, Eva served as the HRIS/Applications Analyst at AllHealth Network from June 2014 to August 2017. Eva was responsible for implementing and maintaining the UltiPro HRIS system and assisting in business transformation projects.

From May 2012 to June 2014, they worked as an HR Consultant at HR Flexible Solutions, providing their expertise and guidance in human resources.

Prior to that, Eva held the position of HR Manager at ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers from January 2010 to May 2012.

Earlier in their career, they worked as the Human Resources Manager at Colorado Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company from 2002 to 2004.

Eva started their career as a Software Application Developer at Navidec Inc. and eventually transitioned into a Human Resources Director role, where they worked from 1998 to 2002.

Eva Miller, SPHR, holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, which they earned between 1988 and 1992. In 2013, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources certification from the Society of Human Resources Management.
