Luis Montemayor

Luis Montemayor serves as a Mathematics Specialist at Laredo Independent School District since August 2019, following a role as a Behavior Specialist overseeing a behavioral unit in special education. Prior experience includes working as a Special Education Teacher at Pflugerville Independent School District from August 2014 to July 2019 and as a Bilingual Teacher at Bastrop Independent School District from August 2008 to July 2014. Luis Montemayor holds a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Education from UBC Mexico and a Master of Education (MEd) from Universidad Regiomontana S.C.
