Curtis Holmes

Commissioner Curtis Holmes was born in Chicago, Illinois and has been actively engaged in political activities at the national, state, and local level, since 1964. He completed two years of college and holds numerous trade school courses and mandatory professional certifications. Professionally, Commissioner Holmes is a Licensed Insurance Agent, as well as the owner of First Southeast Insurance Services, Inc., and the former Vice-President: Innovative Marketing of America, former President of Belcher Place Condo Association, and former CEO of Taxpayers Association, Inc. (501-C-3).
