Kevin J. Carter

Kevin J. Carter is an experienced project manager and engineer with a strong background in civil engineering and business administration. Currently serving as a project manager at Largo Concrete, Inc., since June 2020, Kevin has overseen significant projects such as West Edge and the IBEC Intuit Dome. Previously, Kevin held roles including senior project engineer at The PENTA Building Group, where responsibilities included managing the YAAMAVA Expansion of San Manuel Casino, and project engineer/BIM developer at Clark Pacific, focusing on architectural precast panels. Earlier experience includes structural engineering with Dunn Associates and various positions in quality control and testing, beginning with GSH Materials Testing and Inspection. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Utah.
