Eleonora Klepar

Eleonora Klepar has a diverse work experience in project management. Eleonora currently holds the role of Director of Project Management at Lark Health since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Manager of Project Management at Lark Health from January to August 2022. Before joining Lark Health, Eleonora was the Director of PMO at Optum from September 2021 to January 2022. Prior to that, they held various project management roles at Rally Health from 2018 to 2021, including Manager of PMO, Lead Project Manager, and Senior Project Manager. Eleonora also has experience as a Senior Project Manager at New York Online, where they managed web projects and led strategic initiatives resulting in successful launches of additional online resources. Eleonora was also a Senior Project Manager at Volia Software and held multiple roles at DDM Studio, including Head of Production, Head of Project Management, and Project Manager. Eleonora started their career as the Head of the clothing fabrics department at Bravotex.

Eleonora Klepar holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) degree from the Project Management Institute. Eleonora also obtained a master's degree in Economics from the Kyiv University of Economics and Law "KROK" from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they earned a master's degree in Pedagogy from Drohobych National Linguistic University named after Ivan Franko between 1995 and 2000. In addition to their academic degrees, Eleonora Klepar obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2012.
