Ranna Hoffman

Ranna Hoffman's work experience begins in 2005 as a Model/Talent for The Agency Arizona, where they participated in various fashion-related events and worked with notable companies. From 2009 to 2010, Ranna worked as a Student Recruitment Assistant for Barrett, The Honors College, engaging with prospective students and handling administrative tasks. Ranna then worked as a Student Researcher at the Center for Metabolic and Vascular Biology, Mayo Clinic from 2010 to 2012, where they conducted research on insulin signaling proteins using biological and proteomic methods. Ranna served as a Pharmacy Campus Liaison for Target from 2013 to 2014, assisting with campus recruitment efforts. Ranna joined CVS/pharmacy in 2011 as a Pharmacy Intern, contributing to prescription processing, inventory management, and patient counseling until 2016. From 2016 to 2018, Ranna worked as a Pharmacy Manager at Fry's Food and Drug, overseeing pharmacy operations and achieving sales and quality goals. At axialHealthcare, they held several roles including Clinical Pharmacy Specialist (2018-2020), Market Lead, Arizona (2020-2021), and Executive Director, Arizona (2021). Their responsibilities included clinical pharmacy work and leadership positions within the organization. Most recently, they joined Elixir in 2021 as Director, Health Plan Strategic Solutions until 2022. Currently, Ranna is working as the Director of Network Strategy at Free Market Health.

Ranna Hoffman obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Honors Molecular Biosciences and Biotechnology from Arizona State University in 2012. Ranna then pursued further education at the University of Arizona, earning their Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree in 2016.
