Kevin Francis

Kevin Francis has extensive experience in talent acquisition and people operations. Kevin has held leadership positions at various companies, including Lark Health, View Inc, iHerb Inc, Ten-X, SAP, Motorola Mobility, Elevated Resources Inc, Futurestep, CRI (acquired by ManpowerGroup), and Right Management. Their roles have included Director of Talent Acquisition, Director of People Operations Technology, and Vice President of Business Development. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated skills in implementing recruiting technology, leading global workforce programs, and driving sales and marketing strategies.

Kevin Francis attended American InterContinental University from 2002 to 2004, where they studied Business Administration. Previously, from 1985 to 1988, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Columbus State University.
