Mark Siegel has had a long and varied career in customer service and account management. Mark began in 1996 as a Phone Center Manager and Customer Service Trainer for Applied Card Services. In 1997, they became Managing Director and President of Debt Reduction Foundation, a debt negotiation and settlement office. In 2007, they took on the role of Platinum Customer Service Trainer for American Express Card Services. From 2010 to 2015, they served as Marketing Director and Partner for Congress LLC in Boca Raton, Florida. From 2015 to 2017, they were a National Accounts Manager and Sales Executive for Take 5 Solutions LLC. From 2017 to 2019, they were Sales and Training Manager for Certified Luxury Watches. From 2019 to 2021, they were an Account Manager for PawnGuru. Mark currently serves as an Account Manager for Zola Media LLC, and will soon be taking on the role of Client Success Manager for Larky.

Mark Siegel received their Bachelor of Science in Sociology and Anthropology from Florida Atlantic University between 1990 and 1996. Mark also obtained an Associate of Arts Degree from Palm Beach Community College. Additionally, they hold certifications from LinkedIn (Customer Success Management Fundamentals, obtained in April 2021), CompTIA (A+ Certified, obtained in December 2017), and Zendesk (Zendesk Support Administrator Expert I, obtained in June 2022).
