Tugba Yildiz

Tugba Yildiz is a highly skilled scientist with extensive experience in lipid nanoparticle formulations and drug delivery systems. Currently a Senior Scientist at TScan Therapeutics, Tugba has previously held senior scientific positions at Sail Biomedicines, focusing on the development and optimization of LNP formulations for various RNA and protein delivery methodologies. Tugba's background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Materials Science from Texas State University and a solid foundation in Polymer Chemistry and Chemistry from Ankara University. With a history of managing research teams, mentoring junior scientists, and ensuring laboratory safety, Tugba has also contributed significantly to research and teaching at prestigious institutions such as Johns Hopkins University and Texas State University.
