Eric Carlson

Eric Carlson has over 20 years of experience in finance and real estate. Eric began their career in 2000 as the Senior Vice President of Finance at DMB Associates, where they worked until 2019. In 2019, they joined Daybreak Communities as Chief Financial Officer, a position they held until 2021. Currently, they serve as the Chief Financial Officer at Larry H. Miller Real Estate.

Eric Carlson earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting and Finance from Western Michigan University in 1992. Eric then went on to complete a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Arizona State University from 1998 to 2000. Eric also has a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the state of Arizona.
