Kelsey Berg has a diverse work experience, starting with their most recent role as Vice President of Government Relations at The Larry H. Miller Company, which they began in April 2023. Prior to that, they served as Deputy Chief of Staff at the United States Senate from January 2019 to May 2023. In 2018, they were the Political Director for Romney for Utah. From 2017 to 2018, they held the position of Northeastern Regional Director at the Utah Farm Bureau Federation. Kelsey also worked as a Principal Consultant at SugarBar Strategies, LLC from 2016 to 2018 and as a Campaign Manager for Friends of Jason Chaffetz from 2016 to 2017. Kelsey has experience in the U.S. House of Representatives, serving as an Energy and Natural Resource Advisor and Special Project Coordinator for Congressman Jason Chaffetz from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, they worked as an Associate Lobbyist at Hartley and Associates from 2010 to 2013. Kelsey's work experience also includes a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from 2010 to 2012.
Kelsey Berg attended Wasatch High School from 2004 to 2007. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government at Brigham Young University from 2007 to 2013.
