Jay Rathod

Jay Rathod is a professional with diverse experience in human resources, industrial relations, and social work. Currently serving as an IR & Admin Executive at Larsen & Toubro since July 2023, Jay is responsible for wage management, labor law compliance, and labor welfare, among other duties. Previous experience includes working in human resources at Lupin Pharmaceuticals, focusing on recruitment, employee onboarding, and engagement, and completing an internship in medical social work at Sir Sayajirao Gaikwad Hospital. Additionally, Jay has contributed to human resources projects at Acumen 360 and held sales associate responsibilities at Career Solution Academy. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and a Master of Social Work from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
