Ravi Mehrotra

Ravi Mehrotra is an experienced professional in project control and planning, currently serving as the Head of Project Control & Planning for the RVNL Project at Larsen & Toubro since July 2013. Responsibilities include formulating strategies for a Composite Railway Project, preparing long-term plans, creating Project Baseline programs, monitoring project operations, managing costs, and training team members on various project management tools. Previous roles involved significant contributions in central planning, design management, and site engineering for railway electrification and related projects. Ravi holds a Post Graduate Executive Management Program degree from SPJIMR and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Hindustan College.
