Alan Knutson

Alan Knutson joined Larson Gross in 1980. A graduate of Washington State University, he has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1976. He also holds Accredited in Business Valuation and Certified in Financial Forensics credentials from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

In addition to providing tax planning and preparation services to a wide range of clients, He has previously led the firm’s business valuation and litigation support practices. He specializes in the valuation of closely-held business interests for purposes of litigation support, estate planning and taxation, and financial reporting purposes. He has also served as a court-appointed expert to help resolve business ownership disputes. Since 1984, he has been involved in numerous matters requiring the valuation of a business or claim and has appeared as an expert witness in Federal, State, and County Courts.
