Lisa Shatswell

Lisa Shatswell started their career in 1994 as a Business Development Representative at INACOM COMMUNICATIONS. From 1996 to 2000, they worked as a Payroll Accountant at METZ BAKING COMPANY, where they were responsible for payroll calculations, tax reporting, and account reconciliation. Lisa then joined GATEWAY, Inc as a Senior Accountant from 2000 to 2008, where they prepared journal entries, conducted account reconciliations, and collected data for month-end reporting.

In 2008, Lisa moved to PURE FISHING, Inc as a Financial Analyst for a short period, where they prepared forecasts, analyzed trends, and assisted in budget formulation. Lisa then joined Daktronics in the same year and held various roles until 2017. At Daktronics, they worked as a Senior Accountant, reconciling fixed asset subsidiary ledgers and analyzing fluctuations in fixed assets. Lisa later became a Senior Compliance Analyst, overseeing internal controls and managing financial controls testing for SOX 404 compliance. Finally, they worked as a Project Accountant/Financial Analyst, reviewing contracts and ensuring GAAP compliance.

Since 2018, Lisa has been working at Larson Manufacturing. Lisa started as an Accounting Manager and was promoted to Senior Manager of Shared Services. Currently, they hold the position of Controller.

Lisa Shatswell received their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Morningside University, where they studied from 1990 to 1994.
