The Executive Assistant's core responsibility is to support the President. In addition, Chelsi is tasked with assisting and maintaining communications with the LVE Board of Trustees, as well as handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks, including managing LVE's IT needs. She is also responsible for managing travel, organizing meetings, maintaining accurate and confidential records, preparing correspondence; essentially being proactive, resourceful, and efficient with a high level of professionalism while working with the President and executive management. This position works in a fast-paced environment that necessitates flexibility and the utmost in customer service.
