Jaden Nakata

Jaden Nakata has a diverse work experience in event management and production. They started their career as an Activities Coordinator at Wyndham Grand Desert in 2014. They then worked at CoolEvents LLC as an Event Production Lead, Assistant Event Director, and eventually as an Event Director, where they were responsible for organizing and executing multiple events each year. In 2018, they joined Adventurey as part of the Race Production Crew. Later that year, they worked as a Brand Development Manager at Avidity Events. In 2019, they worked as a Registration Specialist at TriUtah and as a Manager of Event Venues at Sundance Institute. From 2018 to 2019, they also served as the Partnerships and Community Engagement role at Red Rover Fitness. In 2020, they became the Director of Event Operations at Avidity Events, a role they held until 2022. Most recently, they were the Director of Events at Sportera Events, overseeing event logistics and production for the MUDGIRL brand in multiple countries. In 2023, they joined Las Vegas Grand Prix, Inc. in the Event Operations role. Throughout their career, Jaden has demonstrated expertise in team building, resource management, contract negotiation, permitting, and staffing logistics. They are skilled in creating and executing diverse events while ensuring participant satisfaction and business goals are met.

Jaden Nakata has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, which was obtained from 2013 to 2018. Before attending the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, Jaden Nakata earned credits for transfer at Northern Arizona University in the year 2012. Additionally, Jaden Nakata has obtained various certifications including Servsafe from the National Restaurant Association in October 2013, Lifeguard from the American Red Cross in November 2014, and a Health Card from the Southern Nevada Health District in February 2012.
