Brian Bradford has a strong background in the legal field, with extensive experience in various roles. Their most recent position was as an Associate General Counsel at Las Vegas Sands Corp., where they focused on litigation, employment, and information governance. Prior to that, they worked as a Partner at Anderson, McPharlin & Conners LLP and as Of Counsel at FISHER PHILLIPS LLP and Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, P.C. Brian has also served as General Counsel at the Nevada Association of Employers and held positions at other law firms, including Ogletree Deakins, Anderson, McPharlin & Conners LLP, Martin & Allison Ltd, and Lewis & Roca, LLP. With their expertise in gaming law and compliance with state and federal regulations, they have represented clients before the Nevada Gaming Control Board and Nevada Gaming Commission. Additionally, Brian is an Advisory Board Member of The Salvation Army Southern Nevada.

Brian Bradford attended Compton High School for their secondary education. After completing their high school, they enrolled at the United States Air Force Academy in 1991 and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science in 1995. Following their undergraduate studies, Brian pursued a Juris Doctor degree from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, completing their legal education between 2001 and 2004.
