Charles R Reid has a diverse work experience in the creative and design industry. Charles R started their career in 2010 as an Animator and Designer at Xeko, where they focused on animation, game/interface design, and illustration. In 2010, they also worked as an Animation/Art Director at Menue Americas Corporation, where they were responsible for interface design, user experience, story, character design, concepting, animation, and marketing.
In 2011, Charles joined Zobee & Fantasy Coach as Director of Creative & Game Design, specializing in user prediction games and gamification. Charles R also worked on creating games for specific company needs and developed games like Zobee Sports Football and March Madness on Facebook.

From 2014 to 2018, they served as the Chief Creative Officer at Blueboard Media, LLC, where they led the development of a social game platform running on iOS, as well as a destination website and web widgets on third-party sites. Their responsibilities encompassed gameplay design, UI/UX design, product management, social media management, and marketing.
In 2018, Charles assumed the role of Creative Director at Thrust Interactive, where they stayed until 2020, responsible for overseeing creative projects. Charles R joined Bento Box Entertainment LLC again in 2020 as a Lead Compositor, specializing in compositing and VFX using ToonBoom Harmony and After Effects for various projects.
Most recently, in 2022, Charles joined Las Vegas Sands Corp. as a Senior UX Motion Designer and later transitioned to the role of Director of Motion in 2023. Their focus is on motion design and user experience within the company.
Charles R Reid attended The Art Institute of Pittsburgh from 2000 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Media Arts and Animation.
