Theresa Hayes

Theresa Hayes has a diverse work experience in the technology and security field. Theresa started their career as a Programmer/Analyst at Caesars Entertainment from July 2003 to October 2005. Theresa then worked as a Software Developer at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas from October 2005 to July 2013, where they maintained ACSC code, wrote custom programs, and worked on Tibco stored procedures. In July 2013, they transitioned to the role of Solutions Architect at the corporate level.

In December 2014, Theresa joined Las Vegas Sands Corp. as a Solutions Architect, where they established global architecture standards and collaborated on gaming projects and global projects for Marketing. In December 2014, they transitioned to Manager Security Engineering as part of the Cyber Strategy Team, working on data protection and integrity. Theresa held this role until June 2018. Theresa also worked as a Cyber Security professional at Las Vegas Sands Corp., starting from December 2014.

Theresa Hayes attended the University of Nevada, Reno, from 1982 to 1987, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Speech Communications.
