Justin Hager

Justin Hager is an accomplished editorial page editor at Las Vegas Sun since April 2022 and founder of Foothills Admissions Experts, providing expert admissions counseling for higher education. With over a decade of experience in admissions and a strong background in writing and storytelling for various organizations, Justin has also served as the Director of Legislative Advocacy Training at SAFE and a freelance reporter covering California state politics. Justin founded J. Hager Consulting, offering services in marketing and public relations specifically for non-profits and small businesses. Previous roles include Assistant Director of Recruitment and Diversity Services at George Mason University and District Director for the California State Assembly, where responsibilities included communications and legislative analysis. Justin holds a Juris Doctor from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
