Kyla Slayton

Kyla Slayton is an experienced project manager currently with LaSalle Network since July 2021. Prior to this role, Kyla served as a recruiting associate and held various positions at Target from May 2018 to July 2021, including style team lead, where responsibilities included supervising and training over 18 team members, conducting performance development conversations, and enhancing team morale to contribute to the store culture. Additionally, Kyla conducted interviews and collaborated with peers and executives on store-wide metrics. Earlier experience includes an internship as a visual merchandising lead with the Lois Jett Historical Costume Collection at Illinois State University from January to May 2019. Kyla holds a degree from Illinois State University, obtained in 2019.
