LaSante is a culturally diverse, complete medical suite offering dental, medical, and specialty care for patients of all ages without regard to age, illness, orientation, residency status or their ability to pay.  
We are doctors and nurses from the community we serve, working for that community, and ensuring that the same high quality care that was once only available to affluent, highly insured individuals is now available to anyone.  
LaSante was conceived to address the much-debated healthcare disparities in Brooklyn. Chronic illnesses such as hypertension, diabetes, hyperglycemia, infectious diseases, obesity and cardiac conditions are unfortunately more prevalent in our community.  This situation can be reversed with comprehensive preventive care. LaSante‘s main mission is to deliver community-based services aimed at reducing these appalling health statistics.
