Lara Hough

Lara Hough serves as the Head of Operations at Laser Clinics United Kingdom, where responsibilities include motivating the Central Ops team to achieve business objectives, leading company growth and expansion, and managing communications. In previous roles, Lara successfully launched an ESG strategy that resulted in significant cost savings, managed the opening of 27 clinics within a year, and worked as an Account Executive at Element, executing projects for international clients. Lara began a career in education at Green School Bali, focusing on experiential learning and community sustainability projects. Lara holds a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science from the University of Leeds.
