David has expertise in managing projects with significant budgets, driving operational efficiency, and leading teams to maximize revenue and minimize costs across a range of industries including fuel, refining, and renewable energy. Through his roles as Sr Director Engineering and VP of Project Development and Engineering, he has demonstrated his ability to drive innovation, technical excellence, and reliability in projects related to midstream assets, production, and venture capital opportunities.
