Matthew Bennett

Matthew Bennett is an Integration Engineer at Laser Techniques Company since October 2023. Prior to this role, Matthew served as a Flight Test Operator at Skydio from June 2022 to March 2023 and as a Mechatronics Engineer at Slugbotics from September 2018 to September 2022. Additional experience includes working as a Drone Technician at the University of California, Santa Cruz, where responsibilities involved conducting photogrammetry flights, maintaining equipment, and running outreach events. Matthew also held positions as a Course Designer and Instructor, as well as an Outdoor Equipment Rental Assistant. Matthew holds a Master of Engineering in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Washington, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
